If there can be something that Google loves, is to hide “Easter eggs” in your products. You can find them in Chrome, Play Store and Android itself. Each version has a “Easter Egg” hidden, let's take a look at android 12.
Android 11 included an elaborate game of collecting and feeding virtual cats. Google took a step back with Android 12 and decided to show the new theme system “Material You”. You can find a stylish clock that changes color to match your wallpaper. Here's how to find it.

First, swipe down twice from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings menu and then tap the gear icon.
Scroll down and select “About of the phone”.
Now scroll down and tap “Android version”. The account will now appear alongside the other accounts and will not require a password to log in “12” below.
The last step is to touch “Android version” repeatedly until you see the clock.
You found it! There is one last thing you can do. Rotate the hands around the clock and stop when they are at 12 o'clock.

The Android logo 12 will appear above the clock and a lot of circles will surround it. All of this matches the theme of your wallpaper, by the way.
That's all about it. This is a simple Easter egg, but it shows the power of the Material You theme. Fortunately, there are more important changes in Android 12.
