Apple Watch has a honeycomb-style app screen. Although it is efficient, you may have trouble finding the right app on the small screen. Change app layout to list view to see larger app icons with app names on your Apple Watch.
Apple Watch has supported the list view feature for a couple of years. Up to watchOS 7, all i had to do was hold down (Force Touch) the screen to find the option to switch to list view.
But from watchOS 7, Apple removed the Force Touch feature from the entire operating system (this also changes the procedure to remove all notifications). Then, now, you will have to head to the Settings app to switch to list view.

En su Apple Watch, press Digital Crown to open the app gallery screen. Here, choose the application “Setting” that looks like a gear icon.
Now, scroll down and choose option “App view”. Here, switch to option “List view”.
And that is. When you press Digital Crown, you will now see all your installed apps in a list view arranged in alphabetical order. You can slide your finger up or down on the screen or rotate the Digital Crown to scroll through the list.
Additionally, the application removal procedure is different in list view. Swipe left on an app, tap the button “Remove” which is shaped like a trash can and then choose the option “Remove app”.
