There are times when it can be useful to view all the events on your calendar at the same time.. Outlook enables you to export all events between two dates in a single CSV file. This is how it all works.
Do you want to know how many useless meetings Chad from Marketing has invited you to in the last year?? Wondering when was the last time your supervisor had a personal conversation with you?? Maybe you just want to analyze the time you spend so you can see where the days go.
Whatever the reason, a searchable spreadsheet, sort and filter, or it can be pumped into an analytics app like Power BI: This is usually the best way to analyze data and find the information you are looking for.
Outlook makes it easy to export your calendar to a comma separated values file (CSV) that can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or any data analysis package.
To export your calendar, open Outlook and then click File> Open & Export.
Choose option “to import / To export”.
In the Import and Export Wizard that opens, select “Export to a file” and then click “Next”.
Please select “Comma Separated Values” and click “Next”.
Now, select option “Calendar” in the list of folders and click the button “Next”.

In summary, Click the button “Finalize”. This is the end of the export wizard, but because you are exporting a calendar, you will be given the option to select the data start and end dates you want before the export starts.
in the list of folders and click the button “To accept”. All appointments within that date range will be exported.
A panel with a progress bar will open. Depending on the length of the date range and the number of appointments, the export can take from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Once the progress panel has been closed, the export will be finished. Navigate to where you saved the CSV and open it in the program you want. You will see the data for each appointment on your calendar within the date range you chose.
The data includes more than what we show here. The meeting organizer, the assistants, The ubication, the category, sensitivity and other information are included. Now you can do all the data analysis you want.
