How to embed a Pinterest pin in OneNote or Word
When you are browsing Pinterest and see a pin that you want to save to OneNote or Word, copy the URL from your web browser's address bar. You can do this easily by selecting the link, by right-clicking and selecting “Copy” in the shortcut menu.
Find the place in OneNote or your online Word document where you want to paste the link. Right click and select “Catch” on the menu.
As soon as I paste the Pinterest link into OneNote or Word, it will immediately transform into a content box with a thumbnail taken from the Pinterest pin.
If you click the pin, will be directed to you directly on the Pinterest web portal in your default browser.
Mover, resize or delete pin from Pinterest
Once you see the thumbnail of the Pinterest pin in OneNote or Word, can move it, change its size or even delete it.
To move the pin, click once to choose your content box. Place your cursor on the points within the top border of the box. When the cursor turns into a four-sided arrow, drag to place the pin where you would like it on the page.
To change the pin size, select the container and you will see two arrows in the upper right corner of the box. Drag the arrows left or right to change the pin size.
To erase the pin, right-click on your container and select “Delete” in the shortcut menu. You can also use the application menu, keyboard shortcut or Delete key.
And that is! Very easy. Get as many Pinterest links as you want, then embed videos, photos or documents, and you'll build a handy OneNote notebook in no time.
