1Password share

1Password is a powerful tool to keep track of your passwords. Keep getting new features, and now you are gaining an easy way to share passwords with friends and loved ones, whether they use 1Password or not.

The new feature, called by 1Password Psst! (Password Safe Sharing Tool), is designed so that you can share passwords with anyone. The significant change is that they do not need to use 1Password to receive the login information.

If you like sharing streaming services, as an example, this would be a great feature for you. You can also use it to share your Wi-Fi password with guests quickly and easily., instead of having to shout a complicated string of text and numbers through your home.

To use the function, you just have to choose “Share” of an item in your password storage, and then you can send the link to the other party. By default, it will expire in seven days, but you can change it to a period of up to 30 days to the minimum of a single view.

You can configure the shared password to be available to anyone with the link or only to specific people. If you select the latter, the recipient must enter their email before entering the login data.

With everything, seems like an easy to use feature that makes 1Password even more of a player in the password manager space.
