Windows 11 incluye un “Game mode” habilitado de forma predeterminada que optimiza automáticamente su sistema para jugar cuando detecta un juego en curso. In general, It works well, but if it causes performance issues, you can easily disable it. That's how.
What is game mode?
Game mode is a special mode that privileges game processes while they are running, which ideally enables them to run faster with fewer performance issues. Game mode also temporarily prevents Windows Update from installing drivers (what could interrupt your game) or request to restart your PC. The feature originated with the Windows Creators Update 10 on 2017.
Very rarely, the gameplay can cause performance issues when in use. If that's the case, you can easily turn it off in Settings. Opposite case, you can safely leave Game Mode enabled, since it is only activated when Windows 11 detects who is playing.
