The modular watch face on the Apple Watch enables you to change the color of the time and complications to a color of your choice. Despite this, now a "Multicolor" option is enabled that makes the time and each complication on the watch face have a different color.
Displaying multiple colors on the modular watch face is easy. Push the digital crown in until it returns to the watch face and then force touch on the watch.
The watch face becomes smaller with the name of the watch face displayed at the top of the screen and a button “Personalize” on the bottom. Touch “Personalize”.
The first screen allows you to change the color of time and complications. Rotate the digital crown counterclockwise until you reach the top of the color list, which is the "Multicolor" option.
If you swipe left to go to the complication selection screen, you can see the different colors assigned to the different complications in each place on the watch face, including third party complications. Press the digital crown to choose the “Multicolor” option and return to the watch face selector screen..
On the watch face selection screen, press the digital crown again or touch the watch face to exit the watch face selector and display the multi-color modular watch face.
Time and complications on the watch face are displayed in different colors.
Please note that the colors for time and complications are predefined. Can't choose different colors for time and complications, at least not in this version of the watch operating system.
