As part of a suite of privacy enhancements in iOS 14, applications should ask before track your activity on other companies' apps and websites. Next, We show you how to stop being asked and automatically tell apps not to track you.
First, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Touch “Privacy” on the setup screen.
Touch “Follow-up” near the top of the privacy screen.
Tap the switch next to “Allow apps to request tracking” to deactivate it. When it's off, the switch will be dimmed and pointing to the left.
Thereafter, exit Settings. From now on, apps will no longer show popup requests to track you. This means that, by default, you're telling all apps not to profile you for targeted advertising, unless you have previously given them permission to do so.
To change which apps can track you for individually targeted advertising, visit Settings> Privacy> Tracking and turn off the switches next to any app listed there. It is essential to pay attention that even with this option disabled, it can still be tracked while using the web on your iPhone. Stay safe out there!
