Apple Fitness + has many different workouts over 20 different coaches. If you find one that you like, it's probably a good idea to save it so you can do it again later without having to search the app. You can also download workouts for when you're on the go or just don't have an internet connection. That's how.
How to save your favorite Fitness workouts +
In the Fitness app, open the workout you want to save to your favorites and tap “Add”.
select the application “…” and subsequently “Save training”.
Where to find your saved workouts
Your saved workouts are available on the main Fitness screen +. Scroll down to “My workouts” to view the most recent saved. Touch “Show all” select the Review tab and click.
How to download Fitness + Workouts
You can only download workouts after you have saved them. Immediately after saving a workout, the button “Add” is replaced with a download button. Touch to save a workout for offline use.
select the application “…” and later touch “Download training”.
Alternatively, there is a green download button under each saved workout in the section “My workouts”. Tap it to download that workout. So you can easily find them, all your downloaded workouts are available in a dedicated section “Download workouts” on “My workouts” on the main Fitness screen +.
How to delete a saved workout
To delete a saved workout or delete a downloaded one, the devil, touch the button “…”, later touch “Remove from My Workouts” O “Remove download”, depending on what you want to do.
Note: For some strange reason, if you want to delete a downloaded workout from your favorites list, you must first remove it as a download before removing it from your workouts.
