If you use a particular System Preferences panel many times on your Mac, you can easily link to it in your Dock for quick access. Actually, you can link as many preference sections as you like. That's how.
On a mac, each section of System Preferences is traditionally referred to as “Preferences pane”. The behavior of each preference pane is handled by a file located in the Library folder of the macOS system. The good thing about these files is that if you open them, they act as links that take you directly to their respective section in System Preferences. That means you can drag the files into your Dock and use them to quickly enter various system settings..

To do that, first we need to locate the files from the preferences panel using Finder. Activate Finder and select Go> Go to folder in the menu bar.
In the window or slider “Go to folder” that appears, scribe (get it) /System/Library/PreferencePanes
.
Next, you will see a Finder window full of files representing the various preference panes. These are the system preferences that come with macOS by default. (If you are looking for a third party preferences panel file, visit /Library/PreferencePanes
instead.) Each has an extension “.prefPane”.
Scroll through the window until you find the file that represents the preferences panel that you would like to add to your Dock. As an example, “DateAndTime.prefPane” is the file for preferences “Date and Time”. Click and drag the file from the preferences panel to the Files and Folders shortcut area of your Dock, found near the trash can.
You will notice that if you try to drag the files to the left side (or the top, depending on how you have oriented your Dock) del Dock, you will not be able to do it. That section is reserved for apps only.
Thereafter, every time you want to change a particular setting in one of the preferences panels, just click on its icon in the Dock, and System Preferences will automatically open in that section.
If you want to delete a preferences panel from the dock, just drag your icon away from the dock, hold it down for a moment and then release it.
