A strange quirk in Outlook is the inability to add a default signature to meeting requests. This is a quick and easy way to set up a one-click solution that avoids cut and paste every time you create a meeting.
We have covered creation, Outlook signature editing and application in detail before, but these can only be applied to emails. If your employer requires you to add a signature, or if you just think it is more professional to use a, entonces enviar una solicitud de reunión necesita que copie y pegue una firma o use Insertar> Firma.
To add a new quick step, click the option “Create new” en el cuadro Pasos rápidos.
This opens a new window where you can name your Quick Step and select the actions you want to perform.
Después de hacer un clic en el menú desplegable “Seleccionar una acción”, scroll down to section “Appointment” and click “New meeting”.
Now, click on the link “Show options”.
In the Text field, add your signature.
Now choose a shortcut key, if you want a, and click “Finalize”.
That is all: Your Quick Step is complete. To open a new meeting request with your signature already added, haga clic en el paso rápido “New meeting” o use la tecla de acceso directo que elija.
Your meeting request will open, with your signature already added.
