If you are a dedicated Gmail or Yahoo user! Mail, but you have to use Outlook.com for some reason, you can change the Outlook keyboard shortcuts to match the ones you know and love from Gmail or Yahoo!! Mail.
Outlook.com modern look vs. classic look
Most Outlook.com users should have the modern look of their email account now, which by default shows a totally blue bar.
If you still have the classic version, still using many enterprise versions (the work email provided by your company), will show a mostly black bar by default.
Either way, the procedure is generally the same, but the configuration location is slightly different.
Work with search history in Outlook.com modern view
In the modern view, click the settings gear and then click “See all Outlook settings”.
Switch to settings “General” and then click “Accessibility”.
On the right side, there is an Accessibility section, with options to change your keyboard shortcuts to match Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail or the Outlook client (which is the default).
You can also disable keyboard shortcuts completely if you are worried about accidentally doing something you didn't mean to do. (or if your cat likes to walk on your keyboard a lot). When you have made your choice, Click the button “Keep” and ready.
