When is the next Denver Broncos game?? It is The office This week? You can get answers to questions like these directly from your calendar. On the web and on your mobile device, watch sports and TV shows on Outlook calendar.

Add schedules to your Outlook on the web calendar

If you want keep up to date with your favorite teams and TV shows, it's easy to add them to your Outlook on the web calendar. Go to panorama online, sign in and click the Calendar icon on the left.

If the left panel is hidden, click on the three vertical lines (also called hamburger icon) in the upper left to show it. Below the monthly view calendar, click on “Add calendar”.

In the Add Calendar window, select an option on the left. For this tutorial, we will choose sports. Depending on your location, you may see suggestions for the teams around you in the Sports section. But you can also select a popular league or view all of them.

You will see everything, from soccer to ice hockey, golf and tennis, if you see all the sports available.

Choose a sport, choose a league and then check the box for each team you want to follow.

If you select TV on the left, you will choose a time zone, you will choose a channel and check the box for each TV program.

Note: In our tests, we couldn't watch TV shows on our Outlook calendar. Microsoft dice that “This feature is not available in all regions”.

When I finish, click the X in the upper right to close the Add Calendar window. Later, you should see sports or TV shows added to My Calendars on the left panel and events on your calendar.

Check calendars to show or uncheck to hide. Click on the three dots to rename the calendar, change the color, add a charm or move it within the list.

Click on the event (play, party or broadcast) on your calendar for more details. When the small event window opens, you can click the View Event arrow at the top right to see more options.

Add schedules to Outlook calendar in mobile app

If you add sports shows and TV shows to your calendar in Outlook on the web, will sync with your mobile device. But if you have your phone or tablet handy, you can also add them in the mobile app. The process is the same on Android, iPhone and iPad.

Open the Outlook app and tap the tab on the top left to open the menu. Choose “Setting” and then choose “Interesting calendars”. Touch your email address at the top to choose a different account if you have more than one.

Just like on the web, you can choose between sports or television. If you select Sports, you will choose the sport, you will choose a league and touch to add the team.

If you select TV, you will choose a time zone, you will choose a channel and touch to add a program.

Touch the back arrows to exit and the X to close the settings.

Open the menu and select the schedule if you want to hide it or change the color. Uncheck to hide the schedule, check to show and tap gear icon to adjust color.

Whether you like soccer, Baseball, game shows or sitcoms, you can add your favorites to your Outlook calendar to stay up to date. And you can also follow the schedule of your sports team in Google Calendar!!
