How to get the update from Windows Update
You can check Windows Update to see the update, even though it may not appear if Microsoft has not yet approved it for your PC hardware and software configuration.
To check, Head to Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update. (You can open the Settings app by pressing Windows + i.) Click on “Search for updates”.
If Windows Update offers the update for your PC, you will see a section “Feature upgrade to Windows 10, version 21H1” below the link “See optional updates”. To install the update, click on the link “download and install”.

How to force an update to the May update 2021
If you want to update right now, you can do it with Microsoft's Upgrade Assistant tool. Head to Microsoft Download Windows page 10 and click the button “Update now” To download it.
