When hovering over an application taskbar button in Windows 10, you will see a small thumbnail of the windows of each application. Firefox, you will only see the active tab in each window by default. But with a little change, you can see thumbnail previews of every open tab in every Firefox window. That's how.
First, abre Firefox. In any window, click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Firefox window (which looks like three horizontal lines) and select “Choices”.
On the Options screen, click on “General” in the sidebar and scroll down to the section “Tabs”.
Place a check mark next to “Show tab previews on the Windows taskbar”.
Thereafter, close the Options tab. The next time you hover over Firefox on the taskbar, you will see until 16 tab thumbnails of each Firefox window you have open.
If today you have more than 16 open tabs, this function will not work. Instead, you will see all your open tabs listed in a pop-up window above the Firefox icon on the taskbar. If that's the case, you can choose and close multiple tabs at the same time to narrow down your impressive collection of tabs when you are ready.
Happy browsing!
