Windows virtual desktops 10 they are an underrated power user role, which gives you a way to group windows into their own spaces for more powerful multitasking. Now, Microsoft is adding custom wallpapers, making it possible for you to give each desktop a unique wallpaper.
This change is part of Windows 10 Insider compilation 21337, that was launched on 17 March 2021. It is likely to appear stably in Windows Update 21H2 10, whose launch is scheduled for the second half of 2021, probably in October 2021.
Once you have the update installed, You will be able to head to Settings> Personalization> Background to set this. Simply left clicking on a background here will set it as a background only for your current virtual desktop. You can right click on a background image on this Settings page and also assign it to a specific virtual desktop. O, even easier, you can right-click a virtual desktop thumbnail in Task View and choose “you can right-click a virtual desktop thumbnail in Task View and choose”.
The chosen background will appear both on that virtual desktop and in the thumbnails of the Task View screen.
Plus there's one more virtual desktop enhancement in this Insider build: you can now drag and drop virtual desktop thumbnails into the Task View interface to rearrange them.
May update 2020 Windows 10 already added the ability to determine custom names for each desktop, so Microsoft is gradually making Windows virtual desktops 10 be even more powerful.

If you haven't tried virtual desktops yet, they can be accessed in the Task View interface.
