If you are an advanced Windows user, meet PowerToys. Fortunately, Microsoft has not forgotten it in Windows 11, since the company plans to update the latest version of the operating system.
The new look of PowerToys was discovered by a Pull request from PowerToys GitHub page.
Once the pull was completed, Niel's lute, a PowerToys designer explained and Twitter that the new design will probably appear in one of the later versions. That means you will have to wait a bit before seeing it in Windows 11 Insider Preview.

Usually, follows design sensibilities similar to the rest of Windows 11, which means it will fit in nicely with the rest of the operating system.
At the same time, the pull request said that “new standardized controls can now be edited once and will filter to all pages”. The update also included many accessibility improvements that will facilitate the use of PowerToys for all.
Again, this is not enabled yet, but it should get to windows 11 soon. If you can't wait, you can run a branch now from GitHub, but it is definitely better to wait for a more stable version.
