Whenever there is a new major operating system update, some problems are likely to arise. Up to now, Windows version 11 has been relatively fluid, but an obstacle has arisen which could cause problems for Windows 11 and Intel's Killer networking software.

Microsoft is aware of the problem and is actively working to fix it. In the meantime, if you upgrade to windows 11 and you are using Intel's Killer network, you may see some slowdown because User Datagram Protocol packets (UDP) fall into certain situations.

Here's what Microsoft said about the problem in their Known issues page:

Compatibility issues have been found between some Intel Killer network software and Windows 11. Devices with affected software can delete User Datagram Protocol packets (UDP) Under some conditions. This creates performance issues and other problems for UDP-based protocols.. As an example, some websites may load slower than others on affected devices, and videos stream more slowly at certain resolutions. UDP-supported VPN solutions can also be slower.

Fortunately, you won't have to wait too long for the answer, given that Microsoft says it hopes to have a list in time for the October security update, that will be launched on 12 October 2021. So while you can wait disabled on upgrade to Windows 11 until then, shouldn't have any problem.

If you are unsure whether your system has an Intel Killer NIC, you can check Device Manager in Network Devices. Below, you will see all Killer devices in the list, which will let you know if you should wait for the patch before Windows 11 is in operation.
