If you want to enlarge your system fonts in Windows 11 to make them easier to read, it's easy to increase the size of Windows base text 11 to be applied throughout the system through Settings. That's how.
First, open Windows Settings. To do it quickly, right-click the Start button on the taskbar and select “Setting” in the menu that appears. Or you can press Windows + i on your keyboard.
In Settings, click on “Accessibility” in the sidebar, then select “Text size”.
In the Text Size settings, look for the slider with the label “Text size”. Click and drag the circle on the slider to the right and left to adjust the size of the system font.
As you drag the slider, You will see a percentage number appear just above it indicating the new size in relation to the original size of the 100%. Because, al “200%”, system fonts appear twice, as an example, the default size is large. When it's over, click on “Apply”.
Immediately, all open windows will visually update and you will see text size changes reflected in them. Some larger fonts may not fit the interface nicely. If that's the case, sometimes, but not always, you will see ellipsis (three points) when words don't fit in the space provided for them.
Thereafter, close Settings and the new text size you selected will always be applied, even after restarting your system. If you need to adjust the system font size again, revisit Settings > Accessibility > Text size and use the slider “Text size”. If you want to completely disable larger fonts, set slider “Text size” on “100%”.
By the way, Windows 10 will allow you to change the font size of your system equivalently, but the option is in a different part of Settings (Accessibility> Display). Good luck!
